On behalf of the planning committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to join us at the 31st Western Society of Pediatric Cardiology (WSOPC) Annual Conference, taking place May 16-18, 2025, at the stunning Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. We are thrilled to revive this prestigious gathering of congenital heart disease professionals from across the Western United States. WSOPC 2025 will continue the tradition of collaboration and innovation that has defined this meeting for decades.

 

WSOPC 2025 will be held exclusively in person, with no virtual attendance option. To ensure attendees can revisit key discussions, all sessions will be recorded and accessible to registered participants after the conference.

Abstract Submissions Now Open!

Abstract submissions for WSOPC 2025 are officially open! The submission deadline is now extended to Friday, March 28.

Submission Guidelines:

  • We welcome original research abstracts, including those previously presented at other conferences but not yet published.
  • Case series including five or more patients are eligible for consideration; single case reports will not be accepted.
  • All accepted abstracts will be presented as posters, with the top four selected for oral presentations.
  • Accepted presenters will be notified by mid-March and will receive discounted registration to attend the conference and present their research.
  • Discounts for accepted presenters:

 

o    Learners and non-physician professionals with an accepted abstract will receive complimentary registration.

o    Staff physicians presenting an accepted abstract will receive a 50% discount on registration.
